1. Agreement and Terms and Conditions

By using or downloading any materials from this website, or by submitting an idea to Bright Ideas, you are entering into this Agreement with Bright Ideas and indicating that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions as stated, please do not use this website or submit an idea to Bright Ideas.

2. Submission of ideas

You agree that you will not submit ideas or comments to Bright Ideas that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or that are otherwise objectionable.

In submitting an idea, you agree that:

* It is your own concept and / or work. It is not plagiarising or copying the work of other individuals or organisations
* It does not knowingly infringe upon another party’s intellectual property rights
* It is not confidential information

In submitting an idea you also agree to its publication in any form by Bright Ideas. By submitting the idea you are thereby granting Bright Ideas the perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, edit, translate, publish, display, post, transmit, distribute or part company with your submitted idea without any compensation to you, anonymously or in the aggregate, for internal or external purposes, alone or as part of other works in any form, media or technology.

Bright Ideas reserves the right without notice and for any reason not to respond to or use ideas or comments submitted to Bright Ideas. Visitors who do not give accurate email addresses or complete the relevant forms fully will not have submissions considered.
